Hi,

 

I have basic, but due to storage promises I got years ago (when I bought some computers and tablets) I have almost 7GB of storage.  However, for a short time, I'm going to need more than 3 devices accessing these files through the app.  Does anyone know whether someone in my situation, once upgraded to a paid account, can downgrade back to basic and retain the previous "bonus" space?

Hi @wolfpv, thanks for messaging the Community!

 

Any quota you’ve earned from referrals and other permanent offers will remain on your account.

 

Referrals are worth 500 MB on free account, but are increased to 1 GB on paid plans. They will return to 500 MB when downgraded.
