Do not get reset password emails

Do not get reset password emails

I'm not receiving the "reset your password email".  I have checked SPAM and have added the drop email to my safe list.  I had to create a new account to even get on and post.  I just have the free version so I'm guessing I don't have access to be able to contact support directly.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thank You

Hey @tmaz41; welcome to our Community and sorry to hear you're having issues with resetting your account's password

 

Just to make sure we've covered all bases, could you try the reset your password using this link through another browser than the one you used in the first place?
