I have literally been trying to find out what happened to my account all morning, and it goes in circles. I paid for a 2 TB plan , and now it says I have basic and get zero responses and am going in circles. Killing me, I have all kinds of missing files
There is no phone number. Only Dropbox Business accounts have access to phone support, and it's done through a callback. There is no published number.

You'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see options for Billing and Sign In issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
