I need to speak with a LIVE PERSON either via phone or chat immediately about double billing, a $493.88 charge on my credit card, and an immediate cancelation of my account and a REFUND. I can't seem to get help, and when I try to submit a help ticket, I get an error message telling me that I can't submit my request. PLEASE HELP!

If you have no options to contact Dropbox use an incognito window and select billing
