Downgrade account from business to personal

Downgrade account from business to personal

I am so confused. Upgraded to a business trial and now would like to go back to personal without losing files. I have no idea as to how to do this. Seriously, no idea. I have searched and the findings are even more confusing. I would be grateful if someone could share a way to downgrade yet keep my files. Thanks in advance.

Generally, when you downgrade your subscription, your files aren't affected. 

Could you just check for me what the Plan tab shows from the web?

If you could send me a screenshot of it, that would be super helpful.
