Hi,
I upgraded from Personal to a Business free trial, and cancelled prior to the end of the trial. I never added any other team members, and my account now says Personal in the Plans tab, but functionality and the Admin Console are stuck with Business/team settings.
I read this article and it looks like there’s no way for me to fix this myself:

Can someone please assist, ideally via email? Thank you.
