Downgrade from Plus to Basic

Downgrade from Plus to Basic

I upgraded from my basic account a few months ago but don't need the extra space anymore. I've removed the files that required the excess storage but can't seem to downgrade back to basic. My only options appear to be to increase my payment plan. Can anyone help?

Hi @maeve_os, thanks for your message!

 

If you're seeing a message to upgrade only, then either your plan has already downgraded to Basic, or it has been marked to downgrade at the next billing cycle. 

 

You can check which plan you're on here, and the last payment on this page. If you were on a monthly plan, then it would be a month from that payment. For annual plans, it would be a year after the upgrade.
