I want to get in direct contact with dropbox because they downgraded me without giving me enough time to check and fix the payment problem. Have been a customer for years now and never have been late one day. Finding an emailadres or phonenumber on the dropbox website is impossible. 

 

Hope somebody could help me!

Could you contact our team regarding your billing query from this link, using an incognito window, without signing in to your account?

 

Once you do this, let me know the ticket ID (eg. #1234567).
