Hi all,

 

I had a business account for years that I no longer needed. I contacted Dropbox to "downgrade" my account to an individual "Plus" account. They informed me that they don't "downgrade" per say. You have to cancel your account and once the cancellation goes through, you can upgrade again to the "plus" account. Ok. So I cancelled business and upon trying to upgrade, it refuses to let me use the same email address. I must use the same email address as it is attached to my freelancing work. Please help!

I'm not sure why or how this is happening; could you forward me a screenshot of the error you get upon trying to upgrade to our Plus plan?
