I had a trial business account that was offered about two years ago. By accident I removed my business account and went back to personal. I tried reverting the changes but I couldn't. Is there anyway I can rewind and keep my previous status? Before I used to see my name and in parenthesis the name of the Team, but now only my name appears and I can only log in to three peripherals when I was able to login to multiple. If anyone knows anything I'd appreciate your help to recover my previous status, thanks!

Hi @jgarciab, thanks for reaching out to us here!

 

If you'd like to return to using the Business structure, then you would need to upgrade to a Business plan as the free trial is only for 30 days. You can check out our Business plans here.

 

Also, if you're currently using a Basic plan then there is a limit of 3 devices that you can connect to your account. To connect more devices you would need to upgrade your account, either to a Business or personal plan.
