Hi:
I'm currently on a Dropbox Professional trial period. Although it's been great to work with Dropbox I came to the conclusion that, for now, I don't need all the features the Professional account has to offer and that the Plus account is suficient for my present use of Dropbox. So, I've tried to downgrade, still during the Professional trial period, that ends at 5th of June, to the Plus account, much more adequate to my present needs.
Unfortunately I haven't been able to do so in the accounts & billing page. Can you tell me why is it not possible? Or, if it's possible, how can I do that?

You need to cancel and stop the trial via the App Store you purchased it from.
Note that you'll keep the features until the end of the trial at which point you can upgrade to the right plan.
