안녕하세요.
2020 9월 5일에 Dropbox plus 를 119.88(us $) 로 구입해서 이미 이 금액이 지출이 되었는데 Dropbox을 사용할수가 없어서 돈을 환불 받기를 원합니다.

계정을 업그레이드 한 곳을 알려주시겠습니까? Dropbox를 통해 직접 결제 했나요, 아니면 Google / Apple 앱 스토어를 통해 결제 했나요?

 

알려 주시면 거기에서 갈 수 있습니다!

Can you let me know where you upgraded your account? Was the payment directly through Dropbox, or through the Google/Apple app store?
