Hi,

My email address and password were compremised somehow few weeks ago.

I've tried to open two tickets to dropbox support but there is no answer.

The last ticket ID is 11564365.

All of my important files are in that account. I have access to the old email account.

Please, someone who can help

 The message from dropbox:

 

Hi david,

Your Dropbox account's email address was recently changed.

Old email address:
New email address: [personal information removed per the Community's Guidelines]

If you didn't make this change, please let us know.

Hi @yahav, thanks for all the additional info. 

 

Due to account-specific information that's needed on this, you were right in trying to get in touch with our Support team. 

 

I'm afraid I wasn't able to locate your tickets. Could you try submitting a new one from this link, using an incognito window, without being signed in?

 

Once you do that, let me know that ID.

Apparently they closed my ticket and opened a new one after I sent email asking for update.

New ticket id: 11611154
