I have been paying my dropbox account for months and my account is not upgraded.

It is impossible to find a link for this issue let alone try and send an email to dropbox.

Please contact me on [email address removed by moderator]. And please do not send me a "no-reply" email address.

How do I get Dropbox to upgrade my account when I have been paying for months?

Trying to contact them is near impossible.

Hi there @Michaelley, apologies for the delayed reply here!

 

Could you let me know if you upgraded through the website directly, or through the Dropbox app on a mobile device? If it was through a mobile device then the payments should be through Google or Apple.

 

Also, you can use our look up tool here to double check that the upgrade was made to the correct Dropbox account.

 

Let me know what you find and we can go from there!
