Dropbox Business account downgraded

I have a business account with 10 users, yesterday afternoon I was turned into a personal (dropbox basic) I paid 1800 euros in July 2019, and for more than 24 hours my team cannot work, and since it does not appear to be business account, I cannot request assistance. I have to solve quickly, I'm losing money

Hello @fusco. Thanks for reaching out about this. 

Since the account is downgraded, the fastest way to go, would be buy your plan again. 

Click on the error saying you don't have enough space and you will be redirected to the upgrade plan. Alternatively, you can find Dropbox Business Team plans here

I located a ticket you had with us and added notes to it. You can get back to the ticket for our agents to explain the cause of the downgrade. Unfortunately, I am unable to see transaction history via the Community to help more with this. 

Let me know if you managed to upgrade your account again.

thanks for the reply, unfortunately if I try to buy back the package it will proceed with the payment. We have sent you a screen and the July receipt.

Thanks for the screenshot. 

The plan needs to be paid for the Dropbox account to be upgraded to paid Business. 

Not sure what the problem is here. Am I missing something? 

[ EDIT] I believe I am missing part of the transaction history and you need to check with our agent handling your ticket, to see how your subscription got downgraded.

maybe it's not clear, we paid the annual business season ticket on July 22nd 2019, yesterday we downgraded to basic plan. one of his colleagues told me that the plan is active on the mail [email removed to allign with our Community guidelines] We CANNOT make another payment.
