So I was upgrading my Dropbox plan. 2tb £9.99 a month when I purchased it I got an error from Dropbox but the money has been taken out of my account yet my account hasnt been upgraded nor is there actual evidence on the Dropbox website yet I can see the transaction from Dropbox in my bank

Did you purchase the plan directly from the Dropbox site or via the mobile app?

Is it possible you have another Dropbox account you were signed into at the time when you made the upgrade?

This will help me to assist further!
