Greetings All

The dropbox environment is a great place to work and share files; however, my firm's acount has Gmail as the default email to send files.

Our firm has its own email [removed personal information to protect your privacy, according to Community Guidelines] - and this is the preferred email we would like dropbox to use for us to send and share files.

How do I make that change, thanks.

Hi there @RoMela

If the domain is already assigned to your account in your Dropbox account settings online then sharing from your Dropbox account would share the files from this email. 

The third party apps you are listing in your screenshots, are third party apps that are connected to your account and the address you have associated with it.

Hi @RoMela,

Just go in your account settings and edit the email there. That's it.

My firms domain name (and my email) are already set up in settings.  However, this is what I see:

I want to "Send with" my firms domain name.  How do I make that happen, thanks.
