Hi Dropbox Community,
I have subscribed to Dropbox Family for the purpose of sharing the 2 Tb cloud storage with my family member.
So, I have already allowed my family member to access Dropbox Family by allowing the email address. But, my family member is still unable to access it and unable to see the new 2 Tb storage. Please do advise. Thank you.
