Dropbox Family - Shared family member cannot access DropBox Family

Hi Dropbox Community,

I have subscribed to Dropbox Family for the purpose of sharing the 2 Tb cloud storage with my family member.

So, I have already allowed my family member to access Dropbox Family by allowing the email address. But, my family member is still unable to access it and unable to see the new 2 Tb storage. Please do advise. Thank you.

Hi @Arry V, thanks for joining the Community!

Could you check that you've invited the correct email, and that they're signed into the same email when viewing it on the site?

What plan do you and they see on this page?

Any other info or screenshots would be helpful!
