In this case, I'd recommend using an incognito window without signing into any account to contact our support team directly.
Just go to this page, click on the 'Need help with a billing issue?' button and submit a Help Request from the relevant option at the bottom of the page and input your payment's information and email address we can currently reach you at.
I believe I figured out the issue - when going into the incognito window, an old company I used to work for - the email and password populated. I created an account for that contrat and never cancelled it after the contract was over. I just cancelled the subscription. Hopefully this solves the problem and my Visa is not charged again this April.
However, I will be in contact with Customer Support should it get charged.
