Hi,
I missed the deadline to sign-in before my account closes by a few days. I can still log in and see my files, so luckily they have not been deleted completely yet. However, it says they belong to a deleted user. Is there a way to still salvage this account?

If you’ve successfully logged into your account, then it should remain active.
Could you forward a screenshot showing the message you’re getting about belong to a deleted user?
