After the fresh installation, for the first few hours I can work properly. Thereafter, I can't visit the Dropbox Paper. I'm a regular user of Dropbox Paper. Please help me in this regard. Hi @Babonbd; how are you today?
The version of the browser you're using seems old; could you update your browser's version and let me know if this persists?
Let me know the results!
This is Chromebook. I cann't use other browser in it. But I reinstall the OS. After the fresh installment next couple of hours I can open Dropbox Paper. However, after couple of hours it again struck. I delete cache and in the incognito mode dropbox paper is not working.
In the meantime, if you've tried downloading another browser from the Play Store, could you check to see if you get the same behavior there?

I'm having the same issues trying to login to my Dropbox Paper account. I'm using Chrome (the latest version as it auto updates) but when I click login, nothing happens, no error message or page load. As I've managed to login to the support/forum, it's now let me in. Any ideas?
Hi @richp, thanks for posting!
Paper is a part of your Dropbox account, so if you were able to sign into Dropbox through trying to access the Community, this is why you could then access Paper.
Could you let me know which URL you're using when you try and sign into Dropbox when you have this issue?
Let me know - thanks!
Hey @richp, thanks for getting back to us on this.
Have you tried access Paper from another browser or an incognito window?
How about after clearing your browser's cache?
