Dropbox Plus trying to take Payment after trial cancelled

I signed up for a Dropbox Plus trial. I immediately cancelled the subscription. When I log in, I see that my account is set up for basic. But I received an email from Drop box Plus for a failed payment. I need to know that I’m not accruing an invoice because I never wanted this service to begin with. Cancelling this account has been a nightmare!

Hi @Jwhan, thanks for posting here! 

If you see that you're on the Basic plan when you log into the account, then there shouldn't be any worries about it. 

Have you checked to make sure that you haven't had a second Dropbox account?
