Sounds like you may actually have two accounts by accident.

How did you upgrade?

Check your receipt about the upgrade to make sure the email is IDENTICAL to the one on your account either in the app preferences or at www.dropbox.com/account. For example LvLhsas@gmail.com and Lv.Lhsas@gmail.com are two different accounts here at Dropbox.

Sounds like you may actually have two accounts by accident.

How did you upgrade?

I have only 1 account. I have upgraded to Professional (and have been billed), but it has not been recognized. It's been a day since the upgrade.

Hey @nicsc3000, sorry to hear that you haven’t been able to see the upgrade on your account. 
 
Just as a point of reference, can you let me know whether the transaction has been completed successfully? Did you receive any error messages when you tried to upgrade? Did you try to upgrade through our website or via iTunes/ Google Wallet? 
 
Just so as to make sure you’ve upgraded the right account, please note that you can look up a credit card charge with our credit card self-serve lookup tool here: https://www.dropbox.com/payments/find_receipt

It is possible but I have been unable to retrieve the email in which my upgrade was recognized,

Dropbox Support insists in telling me that my DrpboxPlus account is linked to the same email of my original account.

I have tried to enter Dropbox from both emails but I get only to the original one.

The "full" warning keeps appearing after about 15 days of having upgraded.

 

What can I do, please!

Can you let me know how you upgraded your account? Was it directly through the website or through the mobile app?

 

Also, were you able to identify through Support which email was linked with the account that was upgraded? If not, please try using our lookup tool here to find which account that is.

 

Let me know and we can go from there!
