I have only 1 account. I have upgraded to Professional (and have been billed), but it has not been recognized. It's been a day since the upgrade.

It is possible but I have been unable to retrieve the email in which my upgrade was recognized,
Dropbox Support insists in telling me that my DrpboxPlus account is linked to the same email of my original account.
I have tried to enter Dropbox from both emails but I get only to the original one.
The "full" warning keeps appearing after about 15 days of having upgraded.
What can I do, please!

Can you let me know how you upgraded your account? Was it directly through the website or through the mobile app?
Also, were you able to identify through Support which email was linked with the account that was upgraded? If not, please try using our lookup tool here to find which account that is.
Let me know and we can go from there!
