Hi. Due to Covid our business closed in April 2020. Last month our card was charged for an account that we cannot hunt or track down. I have the transaction number and its reference number. The owner of the business shredded the card so it wouldnt be used so I do not have the expiration date but I have all the details remaining to find the account and get it closed. Is there any way I can be helped to find the receipt of the account, the account associated with the charge and help with getting the account closed?

Hey there @Jcollazo, I'm sorry to hear you've been having trouble with this!

 

If you haven't already, I can suggest using our look up tool here, using the transaction ID for the charge to see which account the charge was associated with.

 

Otherwise, you can reach out to our Support team, by filling in the info you know about the charge from here, and quoting the transaction ID too.
