What can I do, my Dropbox account doesn't exist anymore?

 

Links to the files doesn't work and I can't login or reset my password.

Hi @japelser, I'd be happy to help look into this with you. 

 

I'll just need a bit more information on what's happening, for example:

  • Are you getting any error messages when you try to sign in? 
  • Were the shared links created from your account? 
  • Could you send me a screenshot of any error messages you encounter?
