Dropbox account

Hello everyone,
A bit over a year ago my boss sucked my dropboxpro account into his business account so I could have access to files and documents to make changes. And when I was going on the Dropbox app I would see my folder, with all the files that I had before he took me on his account (highlighted in purple), and of course all his folders and files. But recently I quit the job and he took me out of his account which led to me not having access to my stuff and not being able to sign in as I would do it like before, but he still has on his account my old stuff before his account sucked mine. I’m trying to get to chat or call a representative but I can’t get trough. What should I do, please help! 😄 thank you

Hey @Octavian Tavi - welcome to our Community!

It sounds like you joined a Dropbox for Business teams account with your existing, personal account upon the on-boarding process.

To remove you from the team normally, he'd need to convert your account back to an individual one, instead of deleting you from the team.

Can you clarify, how long has it been since your boss deleted your account from the team?

Let me know and we'll take it from there.
