Dropbox business invoice after downgrade to regular

After downgrading from Business to Personal I no longer have access to my invoices. I'm prompted to go to my settings but the tab with access to invoices is gone. How can I access old invoices?

Hey @mortenbrian - happy Monday and welcome to our Community!

If you're currently on the Basic plan, it makes sense that you don't have access to the Admin Console or the Billing tab since there's no billing info associated with Basic accounts. 

In such cases, I'd recommend getting in touch with our support team directly for further assistance. 

Just make sure to use an incognito window without signing into any account and fill out this form with all the relevant information and an email address we can reach you at.
