Dropbox charged via Apple pay still says I need to upgrade

Second time this has happened. My card declined then I was charged and my account is downgraded even though it's paid in full. Someone at dropbox please help. 

 

You need to upgrade your Apple pay connection to account for a transaction that was declined then paid. Telling me my dropbox is full and not allowing me to access my files while I try to sort this out ALL DAY with no phone support is ridiculous.

Yes please email me I would love to have full access to my account. I paid for the month in my appl billing it says subscription current next bill in September and I was charged. 

 

I'd like a credit or something as well.
