Dropbox is double charging me

Dropbox is double charging me

I am having a problem with Dropbox automatically signing me up for 2 accounts.

One of the accounts was suppoed to be free but now they are charging me $119.

I am still being charged for my old account for $109.

 

Is anyone else having a problem with Dropbox trying to double charge you?

I never signed up for 2 services and right now I am only using 5 GB total.

 

I am very unhappy with Dropbox as they are saying they have to charge and will not refund.

 

Is anyone else having problems with this?

To see if the charges are possibly for different accounts, you can check which account the charges are associated with using our lookup tool here.

 

If you're having trouble with this though, I can suggest reaching out to our Support team directly by submitting a ticket from here.
