I have a dropbox account on Dropbox S Mode and i tried to send a verification so i can enable file sharing but I don't get an email when I do I checked spam and there is nothing there. So I try on the website and it tells me that I forgot my password even though I put the correct password. and I click sign in out of curiosity and it makes a new account with the same email as my S Mode email. And it doesn't have my files, I would normally be okay with this but the file I have on dropbox is over 800mb and it takes a really long time and I don't want to go through that again.

I'm not exactly sure what happened here; could you provide us with some additional information about this?
For example, are you certain that you used the exact same email address as the one you used before, namely on the S mode app on your device?
Do you see any of your files when you log into your account on the website or it looks like a brand new account?
Any additional information will be much appreciated.
