Good afternoon. I have opted for the option to invite friends to use Dropbox to have some more space, and once my contacts have installed it, I have not received this extra space that you offer on the web. Can you explain it to me, please? If this information is not true, please change it on the web and do not mislead customers. Thank you. Best regards.

Have they installed the desktop application on a unique computer? Installing on a mobile device (phone, tablet, etc.) does not count towards the referral. They also need to verify their email before the referral will be awarded. You can view the status of your referrals on your Plan page.
