Dropbox not recognizing my payment!

I'm subscribed to dropbox plus through google play. I was late with my monthly payment. My account was downgraded to basic. Because my accout is now basic I can't contant customer service other through a bot (jesus!) or this community. 

 

This is a tad bit frustrating to say the least...

Problem solved. I payed for the monthly cost and it seems like it took a while for the system to update the transaction details. All is well now. Thank you!

Have you by any chance tried upgrading again via Google Play?

If you get any error messages, could you send me a screenshot of them, as well as what your Plan tab shows?
