Hi, I have upgraded from Basic to Plus via monthly sub. However the app in my phone is not upgraded and is still under Basic. I have checked with Apple Customer Support and they informed that they see my account is under Dropbox Plus and the payment is good. They directed me to check here. The dropbox is logged in to the same ID as the account that I upgraded.

This should activate your last upgrade.
