I bought the Dropbox Professional and Dropbox still tells me all I have is the basic package at 2GB rather than what I paid. How do I upgrade this. Have the charge here on my cc for 279.00 and it is asking me to charge again to upgrade.

Is it possible that you may have upgraded a different account?
Just to rule out this possibility, you can use our look up tool here to check the email linked with the upgraded account.
If you can't find the account this way, please let me know if you upgraded your account directly through the Dropbox website, or through the Google/Apple app store on your mobile.
