You'll keep the additional space and features of your Dropbox Plus until Nov. 06, 2021.

Did you upgrade from the Dropbox site, or via the mobile app? Are you able to see the payment on this page?

 

Could you confirm that you're signed into the same account that you used when you upgraded to Dropbox Plus?

Hi,

 

Yes, I upgraded it via Dropbox site and if I check it from site you linked it is still basic.

 

I logged in with the same account when I upgraded to Plus version

I have a transaction ID if you need that?

You can use the transaction ID on the card lookup tool to locate which account the payment is associated to, as it sounds like you have multiple Dropbox accounts.

Thanks for the info, I'd recommend contacting the support team via this link, scrolling down to 'Submit a help request', and providing the transaction ID and any additional details for them to investigate further.

 

Once you get a ticket ID from the automated response, please let me know the number here so I can locate it in our system!
