Dear "Super" user,

"Yes. If you are not a paying Business customer why should you benefit from one of the features they are paying for? It hardly seems unreasonable that services marketed, advertised and documented as only for Business customers are only for them."

No. You are incorrect. Technical issues related to a free account is not for business customers only, hence them being "free account" technical issues.

"Also, nobody at all can even attempt to help you here as you've not done ANY of the troubleshooting Dropbox have asked you to do."

How could you possibly have acces to information such as this? You simply dont know. In fact I can assure you, you're not even close to the truth.

No. I am 110% correct.

Free support is available, same as to everybody, via www.dropbox.com/support which can then be tracked at http://dropbox.zendesk.com

Because you have posted on a public thread which already has LOTS of troubleshooting put on from Dropbox staff. You've simply not read it.
