Dropbox site loads weirdly on Chrome browser

New member | Level 2

Dropbox site loads like this (below photo) on my Chrome browser. Looks totally fine on Safari. Why is this happening and how can I fix it?

Hello @bllashes!.

Thanks for posting about this. The screenshot is really helpful!

Please try the following on your Chrome browser:

  1. Clear the cache: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache
  2. Restore your browser to its default settings and disable any browser plugins. This issue seems to be a result of security settings or a plugin installed on your Chrome.

Let me know if this solved the visual issue. Thanks!
