Dropbox upgrade: credit card fields are missing

I am trying to upgrade my Personal Basic account to Plus.  When I click on Upgrade Account, select Plus (Buy Now), select 2TB, select Billed Yearly, click Accept the terms, the "Enter payment details" frame on the page has no credit card fields (card #, exp. date, etc.).  Just the Country and Billing ZIP fields are exposed.  I have tried in both Chrome and Edge.  Chrome shows a blank frame, Edge shows an error in  cf.dropboxpayments.com /etc in the frame. 

 

Any ideas?

Do you see any difference if you try using an incognito browsing window?

 

If not, please let me know which version of the web browser you have installed.

I will try incognito browsing and report back.

I am able to see the fields on my phone and on another computer outside the company domain.  Stay tuned....!

Test:  Using Google Chrome, I set up a new dummy Dropbox account.  Baseline: I immediately went to upgrade to Plus, and got the little android-like error in the credit card field frame.  Incognito:  I then got out of Dropbox, started over with a new incognito window in Chrome,  logged into my new dummy Dropbox account, and tried to upgrade.  Same thing.

 

Bottom line:  In Chrome, incognito did not make a difference.
