I paid the bill via my android but it didn't reflect on my account, can you help to fix this issue? Thank you so much

Did you receive an email with the receipt by any chance @jannekeal?

Do you have any recent charge for a Dropbox subscription on the payment method you used?

Hi there @jannekeal, welcome to our Community and thanks for using Dropbox!

When you purchase an upgrade for Dropbox inside of the app, the upgrade will be applied to the account you are signed into on your Dropbox mobile app at the time of the purchase.

You can view the email address of the account that you are signed into on your Dropbox app by viewing the Account page:
  1. Open the Dropbox app, and tap Account.
  2. You should see the email address under Email.
If that doesn't help, please let me know here and I'll send you an email to investigate further.

Hi Walter, 

 

I didn't purchase the plan on the app but in a browser. I used the e-mailadress that's connected to my one and only dropbox account. 

So it should be connected to that account.
