I had my Dropbox account before and didn't use it for a while.
Today I installed Dropbox app on my new cell phone and tried to sign in.
It asked me if I want to sign with my Google accout (which I use the same before).

I expected that I'll get all the files that I had a years ago.

But it seems that now exists two accounts with same e-mail addresses, but one is brand new (empty) and I can't access in my "old" one with my old credentials.
Is that possible?

Hello there, I am afraid your old account might have been deactivated and the contents were deleted as you have not used it for long time. This help page has some relevent information - https://help.dropbox.com/accounts-billing/settings-sign-in/email-about-inactive-account
