ERROR 500 when trying to sign in

Please help as I am getting error 500 message when trying to sign into account on web browser (never happened before) - really need to access my work - is this a dropbox error or something I can fix at my end? Any assistance would be most apperciated as need to finish some work tonight...thank you.

Hello there @Nagle; sorry to hear about this.

At first, could you check if you're getting the same 500 error when trying this on another browser, after having cleared your browser's cache and/or an incognito window?

Having the same issue. Tried opening my account on an incognito window and still giving me the same message.

What about a completely different browser @khumar ?

Do you get the same results? If so, please forward me a screenshot so I can have a better view of the matter at hand.
