Eligible 100 GB of space not reflecting in my account

I have recently purchased a new Lenovo laptop. While setting it up, I was offered a free 100GB cloud storage by Dropbox for 12 months. I proceeded by creating an account with Dropbox to avail the offer. But after setting up the laptop, when I opened my Dropbox account on the web, the offered space of 100 GB was not reflecting in the account.
