Dropbox accounts & billing

My dropbox is full. A photographer tried to send a file of pictures to my dropbox but I can't access them because my account is full. I haven't used/cleaned out my dropbox in years and my Mac just automatically uploads everything to dropbox so no telling what's in there. I would like to contact customer support but when I try to go to my account I can't even get past the pop up that says upgrade for a fee! No way to even clear out my dropbox to make room for anything if I wanted to because the pop up won't let me move forward until I purchase the upgrade. I would like to know how to email customer service but since I can't get past the pop up I have no idea how to get to the email address for customer support. Please help! I have the free service.

Hey @CCrewMom; welcome to the Community!
Can you please send us a screenshot of the pop-up that's troubling you so that we can advise further?
Also, to get your account under quota you can do any of the following:I hope this helps to some extent and please keep us posted!
- Increase your quota using referrals bonuses or other promotions.
- Leave any shared folders or Spaces that put you over quota.
- Move files that don't need to sync out of your Dropbox folder.
PS: For more information about your support entitlements, you can have a look here.
When I try to dismiss this pop up it won't allow me to. It just stays on the screen and I can't do anything but close the browser window completely.
In that case, could you try clearing your browser's cache and/or another browser as well @CCrewMom?
