I'm trying to cancel my business account linked to an email account that no longer exists. How can I access that account to cancel? Thank you for any help!

Hi @MR84; welcome to our Community!

As you don't have access to the account in question, I'd suggest getting in touch with our Support team for further assistance.

Just make sure to use an incognito window without signing into any account.

When on this page, click on the 'Need help with a billing issue?' button to submit a Help Request from the relevant option at the bottom of the page. From there, fill in your payment's information along with an email address we can reach you. 

I hope this gets resolved for you soon.
