Email adress hacked and impossible to get it back

Hi,
My email adress was hacked and it is impossible for me to have access to it. My provider does not want to do something to recover it to me.
In conséquences, i cant acccess anymore to my Dropbox account to modify my email adress contact
and have access again to my documents.
Can you help me ?

If you still remember your password and it hasn't expired, then you should still be able to sign in to your account. If you don't know the password, you'll need access to the email address associated with your account in order to receive the reset information. It's the only way to verify your account.
