My email address has been deleted and I can't remember the password. My colleague has also forgotten the password and has access to the same dropbox account. We both have no access.  How do I change the admin to my colleague and get my colleague to change the password using her email as my email has been deleted?

Hey @EssGuarding, I'm sorry to hear about your troubles with this!

 

Only the owner of the account would be able to access the Dropbox account, using the account's credentials to sign in I'm afraid.

 

From what you mentioned, are you perhaps part of a Business team? If so, what plan is your account currently under?

 

Also, do you perhaps have any devices connected to the account, or web sessions still signed in?

 

We can take it from there!
