Entered the wrong email but the billing information went through but I cant cancel

Hey I had just signed up for the free trail for the buisness account for dropbox butg didnt realize that the email accoount was incorrect and now im worried I will be billed since i cant even verify or access my account with the wrong email address. Can someone help?

Hey @Forte1804; welcome to our Community!

 

Can you please clarify if you have access to the account in question at all in order to cancel your trial?

 

If you're signed in, you could cancel it using the steps from the Help Center article I linked above.
