How do I get someone to respond to my support tickets?  I've submitted several and all they do is close them.  I have an issue with being charged a premium account fee from a company that closed in 2019.  My support tickets are not answered.

Can you let me know the ticket number (eg. #1234567) for the most recent ticket you submitted with the team, so I can check on this from my side?

If you didn't submit one recently, or the ticket was already closed, please just submit a new one from this page so that I can follow up with you from there.
