Error 403 on Login and can't access any of my documents

Hello,

I noticed my account has been having issues for a couple of days now. I'm unable to log in to Paper and can't access any of my documents. I tried creating a new account to see if I can view one of my document and I got a response that says this user does not exist.

Hey @lauragift21, thanks for checking in with us. 

I'd be more than happy to help! I'll just need some more info to make sure I have a better understanding of what you're seeing. For example:

  • Are you signed in to the relevant Dropbox account that has access to these Paper docs when you try to open them?
  • Have you tried doing this from another browser or an incognito window? 
  • What's the exact error message you see when you try to open the Paper tab online?
  • Did you create the Paper docs or were they shared with you?

Any additional details would be very helpful. Thanks!

Thank you!

Yes, I am logged into my account in which I created all the paper documents. I've also tried using a different browser but still get the same result. I get a 403 Forbidden error when I try to access the Paper tab from Dropbox and I created all the documents I currently have on Paper.

Do you by any chance have a ticket with our Support team? If you do, could you let me know the ID (eg. #1234567) so that I can have a look into it for you?
