Error in cancelling business account

Error in cancelling business account

I have been charged for business account renewal without an option to cancel it. I would like it to be cancelled and refunded. Can someone please help me with this. There's no option to cancel it in my plan, unsure how I can proceed with this. I think this is an error in DROPBOX.

Hey @Janine Grainger, thanks for posting!

It sounds like you either have a second Dropbox account or you're paying for someone else's. 

Can I reach out to you via email, so we can sort this out?
